  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs and Cats. No exotic pets.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    2 Pets in each Apartment home.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes $300-500 pet fee, $25 pet Rent.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Valid ID or Drivers License.
  5. What are your fees and deposits?
    Application Fee - $50-$70 Deposit - $150 for 1 bedroom and $100 Admin fee Deposit - $250 for 2 bedroom and $150 Admin fee
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    Income needs to be 3x time the amount of rent and credit is determined through our credit screening service. No Felonies that aren't 10 years or older, misdemeanor determined by charge.
  7. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    Paycheck stub, letter of employment or statement of deposits.
  8. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    You would be the only one who would be able to lease and your roommate would not be able to live there.
  9. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
  10. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Yes with a Termination fee.
  11. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes with a month to month fee.
  12. What utilities are included in my lease?
    None are included.
  13. How long is the term of the lease?
    3-12 month lease.
  14. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes with additional fees.
  15. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    No but we urge you to consider it.

  18. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Call the office and make a work order.
  19. When is my rent payment due?
    Due on the 1st and late on the 5th.
  20. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    On the 5th at 9am.
  21. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
  22. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes we will have a rent drop box.
  23. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, but not for more than 10 consecutive days.
  24. Do you have reserved parking?
    yes carports are reserved.
  25. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    In a parking spot of garage or covered parking.
  26. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes any occupants that will stay 7 consecutive days will need to be reported to our office before arrival.
  27. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
  28. Do you have cable services?
    We offer Cox cable at your cost.
  29. Does the property have a fitness center?
  30. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes, salt water resort style pool.
  31. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
  32. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
  33. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes we offer storage for additional fees.
  34. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
  35. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
  36. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Check with the leasing office for details.
  37. Where do I register to Vote?
    The DMV or Tag office.
